helpful staff convenient storage secure structure
The staff were helpful and readily provided directions. I found convenient bag storage available before check-in. The location is quite convenient, situated very close to the main station. I appreciated feeling secure inside the structure at all times..
The breakfast selection could benefit from some improvement. I found the current options somewhat limited. A greater variety would certainly enhance the overall experience.

the staff cleaned my room daily, which i found acceptable.
The walls were thin. I could hear everything from adjacent rooms. my room was also quite small, and moving around inside felt difficult. i found these issues very disappointing.

the hotel offered very nice value! the staff accommodated our early check-in after our ferry arrival, a gesture i appreciated. our room was spacious, and it had a good balcony, a perfect spot for morning coffee. i found the air conditioning effective and the bed comfortable enough. it.
i noticed a slight noise from the window, though it wasn't a major disturbance.

a treasure near the station
easy dining kind staff
the location was superb for me. it was near the train station and easy to reach dining. they were very nice about it and fixed it for me.
there was some hair on a blanket. the window also didn't close tightly. i could hear noises outside.
